Purchases made on our website are protected by Legislative Decree 206/2005, which provides the possibility for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within a period of 15 calendar days from receipt of goods.
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the aforementioned period, a written notice by e-mail to sales@franceschini.com or by fax to 00390744303740.
This communication must contain the codes of the products you intend to return, as well as indications on your bank details as the refund method will be by bank transfer.
If you wish to activate the right of withdrawal for products received that are defective or different from what you ordered, please follow the instructions in our conditions of sale.
Products that do not have any defects, but are simply the subject of a change of mind, must be returned by the consumer, undamaged, in their original packaging, and complete with labelling, with transport at their own expense. We will not be responsible for any damage that the items subject to reconsideration may suffer during transport (from the customer to our office), so we recommend, in the event that you want to take advantage of the right of withdrawal, to make shipments insured.
The customer can request the company's already insured courier service at a minimum cost per shipment of €15.
